We're looking for a few good employees to join our deck building team! The ideal candidate will enjoy working outdoors in a fast paced environment helping build custom decks and pergolas. Our ideal candidate will be a creative and self motivated person who likes to build and takes pride in a job well done. This is an entry level position with as much on-the-job training as you want. There's a lot of potential to move up in responsibilities and pay for the right person. Job duties include: clean-up of shop and job sites assist crew with job site setup load, transport and unload large quantities of materials, weighing up to 80 lbs ea. assist crew with construction of decks and pergolas (specific training provided) including everything from digging holes, mixing and pouring concrete, framing, decking, railing, painting and staining. Minimum requirements include: clean drivers license and reliable transportation to get to work ability to learn quickly ability to learn and follow proper safety procedures ability to work well with others as well as independently willingness to work outside in hot and cold temperatures any knowledge and experience in deck building, framing, or carpentry would be beneficial and affect starting pay.
