We are a Mid-size property management company that manages our own market rate and affordable multi-family apartments 200and plus units. We have properties located in the surrounding areas of Centennial, Littleton, and Westminster, CO areas. Our properties include 1 to 3 bedrooms, have fitness centers, pool & spa, playgrounds, etc. We are seeking a maintenance individual to join our team at our Centennial location, The Orchards at Cherry Creek Park Apartments, who will strive to provide residents with top quality, efficient customer service. Excellent “customer service” skills are a #1 priority and retains residents. Essential Functions: · Respond to resident work orders and service. Making sure to be timely with quality service or repairs/replacements. · Being Organized with supply materials always being on hand. · Provide Effective and Timely work per schedule. · Keeping a clean and safe “shop” and while servicing apartments or other areas of the property inside or outside. · Providing routine cleanliness, safety, and repairs for all breezeways, common areas, such as mail kiosk, parking, trash enclosures, fencing, etc. · Keeping property free of debris and/or broken items which may need to be cautioned off, so not to be a liability. · Ensure that apartments are 100% ready for move per company policy. Trouble shoot any potential problems for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair. · Responsible to ensure that the carpet cleaning/replacement, painting, and the overall apartment is 100% ready. · Maintain tools and equipment and store safely. Keep cleaned/serviced and ensure they are organized in the maintenance shop. Do Not use any broken or faulty tools/equipment, request new/replacement. Experience, Knowledge and Skills: · Previous apartment maintenance experience, or hotels, senior assisted living, etc. in the multi-family, hospitality, or similar industry. · Ability to trouble shoot issues: apartment plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances: ceiling fans, painting, drywall, and pool/spa service, etc. · Proficient in the use of computers and cell phone. · Must pass pre-employment background and drug-screen and possess a valid DL or ID; Rotating on-call responsibility required. · CPO certification a plus Exceptional Benefits and top pay: · Renewal and Miscellaneous Bonuses · $18.00 - $23.00 (depending on experience & apartment discount option) · Medical, Dental and Vision insurance Plans · Paid vacation time & sick time
