Seeking FT Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Technician for Walnut Creek Apartments, a 220-unit Community in Westminster, CO. Supervisor: Looking for 2 Years’ Experience with Interior and Exterior Apartment Maintenance. Technician: Looking for 1 Year+ Experience with Interior and Exterior Apartment Maintenance. Wage Package: $18.00 - $28.00 based on experience and position hired, plus Paid Vacations and Sick Time, Health Benefits, 30% Rent Discount up to Free Rent, depending on position and wage. Responsibilities and Duties include scheduling and providing the work for: •Apartment Turns(Paint, Cleaning, Flooring, Maintenance, Etc.) •Work Orders to Include Troubleshooting HVAC, Electric, Plumbing, Fire Equipment, etc. etc. •Pool/Spa Maintenance •Grounds and Exterior Building Maintenance •Snow Removal Service/ Landscape Items/Issues •Special Projects - Fencing; Exterior Lighting; Asphalt & Concrete, Etc... •Monitoring Vendors & Contractor Workers A working Supervisor along with the Maintenance Technician in all areas of maintenance. Team Player. Dependability, Neatness, and Organization are a PLUS. Reports directly to Site Property Manager and/or Upper Management. MUST have a Valid Driver's License and pass a Drug Screening and Background Check. **Must provide Resume; References will be requested upon interview
