Seeking a FT Maintenance Technician for Creekside at Nor'wood Apartments, an 80-unit community in the Colorado Springs, CO. Looking for 1-2 Years’ Experience with Interior and Exterior Apartment Maintenance. Wage Package: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience and the option of 30% Rent Discount up to Free Rent, depending. Responsibilities and Duties include scheduling and providing the work for: Apartment Turns Work Orders to Include Troubleshooting HVAC, Electric, Plumbing, Fire Equipment, etc. etc. Pool/Spa Maintenance Grounds and Exterior Building Maintenance Snow Service/ Landscape Items/Issues Special Projects - Fencing; Exterior Lighting; Asphalt & Concrete, Etc... Monitoring Vendors & Contractor Workers Technician in all areas of maintenance. Team Player. Dependability, Neatness, and Organization are a PLUS. Reports directly to Site Property Manager. MUST have a Valid Driver's License and pass a Drug Screening and Background Check. **Must provide Resume; References will be requested upon interview
