We are seeking a part-time operations support specialist to work 40 hours per week. This is a Full-time position. Duties Include: Weekly Quality Control to various customer sites via electronic inspections Work with team to resolve quality issues and follow up Recommend additional floor work Delivery of supplies & equipment to various locations Maintain adequate levels of supplies and product Organize warehouse Communicate any issues via nightly electronic reports Ability to inspect equipment and provide on sight repair if needed Project work as needed Training employees on correct use of chemicals for various surfaces Qualified Candidates must: Be able to instruct & train employees utilizing our processes and cleaning techniques Practice transparency, and have owner's mindset Previous leadership experience of teams of 5-25 people Handle motivation of employees in a diplomatic manner Be able to fill in for absent employees as needed Be able to lift supplies or equipment in excess of 50lbs Bilingual a must Have supervisory cleaning experience of minimum of 1 yr Be able to kneel, bend, squat
