International Paper General Labor FULL-TIME $17.74/hr, plus $1000 new hire bonus 2605 E Belt Line Rd, Carrollton, TX 75006 This container plant manufactures corrugated packaging products. We are looking for motivated individuals who are capable of performing a multitude of functions in a flexible fast-paced production environment. Our workplace requires individuals who understand the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on cleanliness and safety, customer satisfaction, quality and productivity. Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Safely operating machinery The ability to practice housekeeping Reading factory orders Utilizing basic shop math such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges and other testing equipment Consistent quality and count inspection of a product Accurately completing quality and administrative document checks to ensure specific directions are followed Candidates must have the ability to work overtime as needed Schedule - Shift start: 3:00AM or 3:00PM or 7:00PM - Shift length: 12 hours - Days: Monday-Friday with overtime on Saturday/Sunday Benefits - Health, dental, vision insurance available after 30 days - Paid time off - 401k Requirements - Must be at least 18+ years old - Must pass drug screen (cannabis included) - Must pass background check - Can lift 50 lbs Bonus $1000 new hire incentive This bonus will be paid out in three separate installments (day 30, 90 & 180) and is based on meeting company expectations regarding performance and conduct."
