Well maintained 93 unit apartment community in Milwaukie is looking for a part-time porter. The porter shall be responsible, under the supervision of the on-site manager and the Management Company, for all phases of the operations of the property. Including but not limited to, the general maintenance of the property. Job Description The following jobs are part of the maintenance job description, however this description does not cover all items that may arise and is subject to change. Curb Appeal: Picking up trash, blowing parking lots, shoveling snow, maintaining trash areas, remove cobwebs from buildings and anything else as needed. Skills required Minimum of high school diploma/GED Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Be able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing Ability to adhere to fair housing laws Enjoy working with others and reliable Must be able to push/pull 70lbs Must have own tools Valid Driver's License Ability to learn/practice Fair Housing/Oregon Landlord Tenant Laws Preferred skills 1 yr porter or maintenance experience Compensation 20 hours a week at $16.50 an hour. *Eligible to live on-site for a rent credit after 90 day probationary period and at management’s discretion.
