Surrogate mother help please

I have three day old litter, mother is abandoning the runt. I’ve been bottlefeeding him every 2 1/2 hours since yesterday. I just hate to lose the battle and see him die. A suggestion was to find a surrogate mother close to Portland.I’m hoping somebody would want to help out for a couple of weeks. I’m sure that I would pay what is fair. Please let me know.
