Do you play an instrument? Sing? Produce electronic music? Make visual art? Want to write music? Record? Release? Play gigs? Collab in person? Trade files remotely? Any of the above? Then I'm looking for you! I moved to Portland in the pandemic, and am searching for people who want to collaborate on musical projects. I’m 27, guitar is my main instrument, but have spent the last few years branching into synths, samplers, drum machines, and electronic music production. I’ve played guitar and synth in live bands, and have experience writing, recording in studios, and gigging out. Can send samples of released songs and current demos. Some bands/genres I’m into recently: - Little Dragon, Crumb, Flying Lotus, Four Tet, Fever Ray, Sylvan Esso, Ultraista, Nicolas Jaar, Duke Boara, Big Thief, SALES, Yussef Kamaal - Electronic jazz, dream pop, IDM, post-punk, indie rock, lofi, jungle Having some musical influence in those spheres would be great, but I’m more interested in meeting kind, cool people who are down to collaborate.
