Found Child's plastic "Little Tikes" wagon by bike rack near 99th and Glisan last night. If your child is missing their wagon it's here...the person who stole it lives here...my ring camera caught movement and I checked outside to find the idiot who left it here. My ring caught footage of the same person hours before showing the person walking without a wagon...so it was likely stolen from someone's home in the neighborhood last night
