I'm need someone to drive by a house in Bridgewater, some weekday evening to see if the house is still occupied.
It's a rental and I'm far away and need to know if the tenants bailed or are still there.
If it looks un-occupied, just do a quick walk around to see if anything on the outside is trashed.
If it looks occupied. Then just tell me that.
You should be a Realtor or a Property Manager.
