Painting/Construction Help Wanted

Hi, I am a property manager, and need some assistance from time to time. Currently, I am turning over a rental unit. A new sheetrock ceilling has been hung, taped and mudded, and I need help sanding, and painting that ceiling, along with cleaning, prepping and re-painting the walls and trim, and cleaning in that unit. I am looking for someone I can work with on future projects and projects; -Painting -Cleaning -Drywall -Light Carpentry -Light Plumbing -Installing Vinyl floors -Help moving appliances I generally pay $120-$200/day depending on experience, reliability and the type of work. If you're new to this sort of thing, and are looking for more work, I can teach most construction trade skills. Please reply with details of your previous experience, and availability.
