Repair tech for apartments

I have been managing about 25 units in U. City for many years now. As I am getting more involved with another project and I wanted see if someone can help with maintenance and repairs for the units. There is always some interior or exterior project that needs attention. These buildings were built prior to power tools and would love to have someone who is interested in renovating older buildings. It is essential that you have the ability to communicate and work with contractors in resolving the issues. If you don't consider yourself to be detail oriented then you might not be a good fit. There is always lots to learn; so having a positive attitude would be essential. Ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate clearly, understand the issues and be good at working with their hands. They should have a passion for wanting to fix and resolve issues correctly and to help with turning over units. Although you need not be a specialist in any particular area, having skills in some areas of carpentry, finishing and painting will be helpful. You should have the ability to learn things on the fly and not make the same mistake twice. If you are the person who is reliable and looking for steady work then please let me know.
