Till & Grade Front Yard

Looking for someone to till and grade my front yard immediately. The yard is approximately 30 feet by 20-25 feet. See picture to get a sense of the size. Must till to 8" depth, put all rocks (larger than baseball) in a pile, and grade. Prefer someone who can come today or Saturday. You must provide your own equipment. I did a soft pass through the yard and already removed many of the rocks/debris, but my tiller is not the right size to get to a 8" depth.
