Our services range from landscape maintenance and enhancements to new construction builds throughout the Treasure Valley. Established in 1985, we are a local, family-owned company that takes pride in our work and the Lawn Co community we have created. Crew Lead - $18-$20.00, Depending On Experience Job overview: We are seeking responsible, reliable, and hard-working individuals to run our maintenance crew. You will be traveling throughout the Treasure Valley in company provided vehicles to our various job- sites. Responsibilities: • Lead crew in maintenance and enhancement of residential landscapes • Spring Cleanups • Weekly maintenance of flower beds and pots • Enhancement projects such as; planting trees, sod replacement, creating flower beds, planting annual flowers, etc... • Pruning • Fall Cleanups • Respect and maintain Lawn Co vehicles and tools Qualifications: • Landscaping or Nursery experience required • Driver’s License required • Machine Operation experience preferred • Ability to properly communicate • Reliable transportation to and from Lawn Co’s shop each day • Must be able to perform manual tasks • Must be able to lead a team and give direction Perks: • Competitive wages • 401K • Room for advancement • Year-round work (snow removal) • Hours - Monday-Friday, 40+ hours a week Location – Shop is located in Boise, but job sites are scattered throughout the Treasure Valley Job Type: Full-time If you’re looking for an out of the box job that allows you to work outside, travel throughout the Treasure Valley, and be a part of a hard-working team, APPLY TODAY!
