Gizmo is a loving ball of energy. While he can be a great dog, he is just not the best dog for our family. We have had him since he was 8 weeks old and he has been raised with kids and one other dog. The owner was not sure of the breed and no one anticipated him being the size that he is. He is a large dog. He loves cuddles and playing and kisses. He is a giant baby and needs to be with someone all the time, including at night. He has a slight fear of men and will hide; however, he will warm up to a familiar man after time. He also has no manners, so he needs a family who is patient and has the time to dedicate to training. He is stubborn and has been very difficult for us when it comes to begging, drooling on us while he begs, stealing food, digging holes, barking at the front window, neighbor dogs, and jumping 4 feet straight up like a kangaroo on our back door when he is ready to come inside. He is just a little thick headed and a complete dork. He can be an amazing dog for the right family who knows how to train him correctly and who can provide him the outlets for his energy. As much as we love him, we don't want to see him in a shelter, so we want to ensure he has a home with a fenced yard and lots of love. Text only at 208x941x7296.
