Job brief We are looking for a skilled Maintenance worker to perform upkeep tasks such as cleaning, organizing work spaces, etc. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and ensure facilities are tidy and functional. Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. You must also possess a driver’s license, basic manual dexterity, and physical stamina. Approximately 10-15 hrs per week.... hours are flexible Responsibilities • Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping, trash removal, etc • Perform minor fixes such as repairing crack in drywall, painting trim, replacing parts, etc • Do garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, removing leaves, weed trimming,collecting trash etc. • Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs • Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and tools • Local errands, pickup, deliveries Requirements • Experience using hand tools, lawn mower, etc • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Physical stamina and dexterity • High school diploma or equivalent
