WE ARE LOOKING FOR HELP!!! We are looking to hire 3-5 good people that aren't afraid to put in a full days work. Working 5-6 days per week. Our company is performing work in several states year round and are building a great relationship with our customer here in the Columbia area. We have offices in Columbia Mo, Kansas City KS, Kentucky, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Nebraska. Positions will require a Drivers License, CDL is a plus with numerous advancement opportunities within our company. What we are looking for--- The old school adage of taking pride in your work. Team members that can pull fiber, assist n setting hand holes and vaults, reading communications prints, operate a directional drill and locate for a direction drill. Operate a mini ex. Please keep one thing in mind, we ask everybody to wear many hats. just because you are an operator does not mean hat you are not capable to pull fiber or jump on a shovel. We will train the if necessary. there are times that we do work long days, in the rain and snow. We have a job to do and that is what we are here for. We do take weather days if we need to, but plan on getting dirty, wet, muddy, cold and hot. Insurance and 401k are available after probationary period
