Affiliated Building Maintenance is a multifaceted facility maintenance provider that is currently seeking sub-contractors for Retail, Maintenance and Commercial Cleaning services. Day Porter Services Duties include but are not limited to: - Pick up litter/debris - Clean trash bin lids - Remove trash from dumpster enclosures, walkways and parking areas - Remove cobwebs & areas of graffiti - Wipe down trash lids and window sills - Daily reports for services need to be provided including pictures - Vacant suite cleaning Janitorial Services: • Commercial Cleaning in office and/or medical office buildings • Keeps premises of assigned facility clean and in orderly condition. • Vacuum, sweep, Mop floors /Empty Trash /Dust horizontal surfaces /Monitor facility /Ensure doors are locked after operating hours /Clean and disinfect restrooms /Report maintenance issues of facility and/or equipment to supervisor Requirements: • Company Trade Certificate (Company name) • Valid Driver's License • Cell Phone/Camera • Email address • General Liability insurance ($1million dollar minimum) • Auto Insurance • Strong Communication Skills (English and/or Spanish) Please email or call us (480) 813-6021.
