Applicant MUST have a valid driver’s license, No criminal record, and be willing to take and pass a drug test screening. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. We are looking for a responsible, focused, professional, and trustworthy individual. The responsibilities of the Restoration Technician include drying water-damaged buildings, removing mold contamination, and assessing damaged properties. To be successful as a Restoration Technician, you should be physically fit, mature and responsible. Have a keen understanding of safety gear, and be able to read protocols. At a minimum, our Restoration Technicians must have a valid driver’s license, excellent communication skills, be a quick learner, and be able to follow directions. Restoration Technician Responsibilities: · Assessing damaged properties to see what can be saved. · Cleaning and storing damaged properties until they can be returned to the home. · Removing damaged materials, such as drywall, cabinets, counters, and carpets. · Taking direction and mitigating water damage and mold deploying state of the art drying equipment · Logging data and maintaining moisture logs. · Adhering to personal safety standards by wearing the appropriate protective gear and using the right equipment. · Maintaining proper grooming in accordance with safety protocols.
