Black cat lost in North Austin

Smoky, my indoor cat, got out this morning when I was bringing in a delivery. I think the wind startled him and he just took off. We live in the Argosy Apartments (near North Lamar and Justin Lane), on the far westside, near the side with the soccer field. I have seen him running round in between the fence and my building but he won't let me catch him. I think he's just all frisky and excited, but I'm worried he'll get hurt. Description: He is an all black cat but he's wearing a blue sweater to help with his anxiety. He is about 12 pounds and is normally an indoor cat. He's very sweet and friendly. He is the type of cat that will meow at you like he's talking. If you see him, I would appreciate it if you could drop me a note. Thank you!
