"Cell"-like room needed for short film

Good morning! Reflection Films, an independent film production company in Albuquerque, is beginning pre-production on a short film. We are in need of a very particular type of location, and we would love any leads that the community can provide! We are looking for: a square, blank room with predominantly concrete, cinder block or tile floor and walls. Monochrome/greyscale in color. The room should be at least 20' by 20', with as high a ceiling as possible. Warehouse space or large unfurnished basements are all possibilities we are looking into. This film will be a ~15 minute short in the dark comedy genre. Much of our past work can be found at www.reflectionfilmsllc.com. We would need the location for 4-5 days. We are a small, low-budget crew so disturbance will be minimal. We can offer a few hundred dollars to the owner as a location fee. Pictured: an ideal candidate for the room we need to find.
