Your main responsibility is to do a quality control check on sump pumps, crack repairs in foundation walls. This position works best for someone who is outgoing with a gift of gab and not afraid of talking with our customers. Job Duties: Review project details to ensure that proper materials, tools, and equipment are brought to each job Load materials, tools, and equipment on the company truck before any job Move each job at a pace to ensure efficiency and quality Ensure each customer is aware of any changes before making any Communicate with the customer throughout the entirety of each job Use Service Titan Dispatch daily Demonstrate the core values of KC Waterproofing on each job Practice OSHA Safety on every job site Serving the customers with the great products we provide Requirements: Unrestricted lifting ability Excellent communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Working under all weather conditions 1-2 Years of Construction, Plumbing, or HVAC Experience, preferred Must pass a background check Must pass a drug screen Driving Record must be clean Be here every day and on time Benefits: Dental, and Vision Insurance 7 Paid Holidays 5 Paid Days Off Per Year Paid Birthday Off (woohoo!)
