Handyman and crawlspace helper needed

I am owner operator of a small handyman home repair along with crawl space type business. If you don't know what type of work a handyman home repair does or crawl space repairs please Google it before calling me to find out if this is something you can do and are willing to do. I am looking for a part-time helper male or female, also must speak fluent English and have photo ID. Must be able to follow instructions and have no issues working in crawlspace from time to time. Must have reliable transportation, cellphone. I pay cash at the end of each day for the first week and then starting the second week you will get paid at the end of the week still in cash. You will be required to work in crawl spaces as needed. I am a very diverse company as in I do complete home repairs not just crawl space work so we will not be in crawl spaces every day or every week. Please understand this is a part-time position eventually could turn into full-time.
