Found Orange and White cat

I found an orange and white cat at the corner of Waverly and 34th at about 6am this morning. It’s not chipped or anything so i’m just trying to find it’s owner. very sweet and was very scared in the road. jumped right into my car when i opened the door. its not a fan of my dog at all so if we could find who it belongs to asap that’d be wonderful.
