What we look for … - Must arrive to work READY AND ON TIME - Strong communication skills, multi-lingual is preferred, but not required - The ability to safely lift, carry, and move equipment, materials, and ladders - Ability to follow job-site safety requirements at all times - Willingness to learn and help others Experienced Roofers WANTED - Increase in pay based off of skills and attitude CASH BONUS GIVEN AFTER 90 CALENDAR DAYS WORKED - $250 for General Labor - $500 for Experienced Roofers - $1000 for Foreman or higher We pay for referrals! Must work for 90 days! Up to $500! Requirements Must prove United States citizenship or legally eligible to work in the United States Must have valid transportation to and from the shop or job site Benefits Medical + Dental + Vision available after 60 days of employment Retirement options available after 1 year of employment Paid Time Off available and accrued
