Young Building Solutions is a janitorial company servicing a wide variety of commercial buildings, recreational centers, music venues, medical and university facilities. Our company is currently seeking dependable, organized, and highly motivated individuals to join our janitorial team. Multiple full and part time positions available 7 days a week. There are positions available in Chicago, Cicero, Berwyn, Oswego, Plano, Elmhurst, Downers Grove, Naperville and Aurora. Compensation is $15-$20/hour, depending on experience. Paid vacation, holiday and PTO. SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: Good communication skills Fluent in English (Bilingual a plus) Good eye for detail Reliable means of transportation Ability to work well in a team setting Able to work flexible hours Must be 21 years of age to apply JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Floor maintenance: sweep, mop, vacuum (knowledge of floor machinery a plus) Empty trash and replace liners Clean and restock restrooms, locker rooms and/or showers (depending on assigned location) Dusting offices Window cleaning
