Mobile Home Skirting Installer AND mobile Sales Person needed Skirting Installers: We are looking for a hard working, dedicated individual that can work with minimal supervision and has a good work ethic. Someone who pays attention to detail, is self motivated and able to problem solve on the spot. This job is for installing metal screening outside or inside brick skirting, vinyl skirting and/or everrock/artificial stone skirting. This job may require you to GO INTO CRAWL SPACES and UNDER mobile homes. Skills needed * Familiar with hand tools * The job is outside- need to work in all elements * Lift up to 50 lbs * Repetitive bending * Crawl in confined spaces Requirements * Reliable transportation & drivers license * Drug free workplace * Punctual & dependable * We will train on site This is a full time job and starts at $15 an hour. After 90 days of employment there will be a review and pay increases begin. Please send a resume with references if interested Sales position We are in need of a mobile sales employee. If you are not knowledgeable about skirting we will train you on our products and services. We do on site estimates and do not provide transportation. We will provide a work phone. Our customers are 55+ and live in mobile homes Skills Needed: * Excellent communication skills * Friendly, clean cut appearance * Able to negotiate and be able to read the customer * Persistent and honest Requirements * Driver license with a reliable vehicle * Drug free workplace * Reliable & dependable * Previous sales experience preferred Sales position starts at $14.50 plus commission from each sale.
