At Quality Restoration Services, Inc., we've been restoring homes to their original beauty throughout San Diego County since we began in 2017. We specialize in water, mold, and fire damage restoration, in residential and commercial properties. As a local business, we're proud to provide honest service that our customers can depend on. Due to the high demand of our services, we are looking to expand our team. As a Water Technician you would asses water, mold and/or fire damage in residential and commercial properties. Our ideal prospect is a self-driven individual, with excellent time and project management skills, that can understand and execute work orders in a timely and professional manner. Requirements: -Knowledge in the Restoration Industry, including but not limited to water mitigation, mold remediation and fire damage restoration. -Prior experience in mitigation work including structural drying, maintaining drying logs, setting up equipment, water extraction, etc. -Open availability (including weekends). -Ability to demo and tear down damaged materials. -Valid driver's license. -IICRC Certification (Cleaning and Restoration Certification) is preferred. -Must have good English communication skills, both written and verbal. -High attention to detail. -Ability to operate efficiently with minimum supervision. -Willingness to participate in all training as needed or required.
