Looking to hire an 01 electrical contractor for permit and 20 minute site visit. I have a small (300 sq foot) tenant space for a hair salon. We added (4) 20 amp outlets and (1) 240v circuit for heat. Everything else in the space is existing. Outlets are run in 12/2 MC cable and 1/2'' EMT. I can't pull a permit as the owner because it's considered commercial space, even though its a small room in a residential building. I will pay you cash plus the permit fee. I would need just 15 minutes of your time for a site visit plus the time you need to get an OTC permit via Seattle DPD. Email and name your price. Cheers.
