Full time: Mon - Fri, 7:00am - 3:30pm (Must be able to work OT) Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Temp to hire Weekly Pay - On Friday's with Direct Deposit Referral Bonus of $50 per referral Medical Benefits after 90 days Paid Sick Leave after 90 days Primary Objective: Responsible for driving and operating forklifts and safely moving heavy merchandise about the warehouse. Principle Duties and End Results: 1. Picks product from the warehouse storage area for shipment. 2. Wraps order on pallet for shipment. 3. Loads and unloads shipments, pallets, etc. from trucks/containers. 4. Places shipments on racking systems. 5. Cleans up debris on warehouse floor. 6. Lifts loose or stray products. 7. Adheres to all safety and maintenance requirements when operating a forklift in the warehouse. 8. Prepares necessary paperwork that accompanies the product. Qualifications / Job Requirements: • High School diploma or GED required. • Must be MHE certified and able to pass an MHE course and test. • Prior MHE experience preferred. • Forklift certification and knowledge of OSHA Safety procedures. • Able to lift up to 25-50 pounds. • Able to work cooperatively in a team environment. • Able to perform basic math. • Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. • Able to communicate clearly and effectively verbally. • Able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights and or weekends. • Good organizational and time management skills, including attention to detail. • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
