We are a fast growing company looking for experienced, reliable employees with construction background. We have 2 positions available, a Detailer who can do the finishing touches on new homes, and also a Deck Installer. DETAILER: You will be completing punch lists prepared by the superintendent doing final repairs and touch ups for the sale of the home. This includes: -Drywall repair -Caulking -Paint touch up -Cabinet touch up -Door adjustments -Floor squeaks *Must have carpentry, drywall experience *Must have necessary tools to perform the task assigned, basic hand tools, drill, 4-6 foot ladder. *Must be a self starter and able to work and complete tasks without supervision *Must be reliable, on time and respectful to other subcontractors and home buyers *Must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation and verifiable references DECK INSTALLER: Looking for a qualified carpenter / framer to build decks for major home builders and residential customers. We install using cedar and composite decking, as well as metal and cable style railing. If you do not have experience in composite decking, metal or cable style railing, we will provide training in those areas. *Must have carpenter / framer experience *Must have carpentry tools *Must have a valid drivers license *Must have reliable transportation *Must be reliable and on time *Must be self-motivated and work at a consistent pace to meet deadlines *Must be friendly and courteous to other trades and home owners We pay competitive wages depending on your experience.
