FILER – Reliable farm hand needed. This is a full-time, year-around position available immediately. Job duties include, but aren't limited to, all aspects of farming. (Irrigation (pivots, gravity, wheel lines), general farm labor (maintain fence lines/corrals, field work, etc), operation and maintenance of equipment (swather, backhoe, loader, dump truck, manure truck, tractor, etc), welding, and cattle. Applicant must be in the Filer/Buhl/Twin Falls area and have reliable transportation. Applicant must be self-motivated and self-disciplined, show up for work each day on time, be honest, have good communication skills, able to follow directions, and pay close attention to detail. If these things don't describe you, please do not apply. Serious applicants only! Farm machinery operation experience preferred, but willing to train the right person. Min 40 hrs /week +. Wage starts at $12-$14/hr, DOE. Yearly bonus after 1 year of employment. Housing is not provided.
