Seeking Concrete Mechanic for small job

I'm looking for a local concrete mechanic who can handle a small job for us. We have a large dirt yard, with a 16 foot sliding entry gate. Essentially, we would like to have a concrete base run along the gliding path of the gate. (This would be approximately 16 feet long, and about 10-12 inches wide.
