-Must be well versed in all chemicals needed for the successful management of turf, plant materials, weeds, pests, and fungus.
-Treat specific insect, weed, turf disease and nutritional deficiencies by application of the appropriate product.
-Maintain power spray equipment assigned to your area in a safe, clean and mechanically sound condition at all times
-Check out chemicals to crews and fill out chemical check-out sheets.
-Maintain accurate records of chemical usage according to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.
-Use good judgment in the application of chemicals (exposure to the public, weather conditions and other environmental considerations).
-Provide and maintain safe physical conditions for employees assigned to spray duties, per OSHA standards.
-Adhere to all driving safety policies and regulations.

-Other duties as requested, directed or assigned by management.
-Before leaving any job site, assure that it is properly cleaned and that all equipment is removed from the site
-You must have a valid drivers license to do this job.
You must also have (preferable) or be able to obtain a South Carolina Commercial Certified Pesticide Applicator License.
Pay: $32,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
