Jones Distribution is now looking to hire skilled and handy laborers to assist in the installation of retail fixtures. We are a mid-sized retail remodeling company with competitive pay, room for growth, and flexible hours. This is a sub-contractor position. Qualified apprentice installers will be responsible for assisting in the installations of retail and commercial fixturing, including but not limited to: POS retail fixtures, general retail fixtures (i.e.: gondolas, endcaps, signage), drywall/wallcoverings, and specialty displays for multiple brands. Some overnight work will be required. Qualified installers will possess: Dependability Work Ethic Self-motivation Ability to follow written and spoken directions Ability to work independently or as part of a team Ability to use basic hand/power tools. Apprentice must have: Valid I.D./Driver’s license Dependable transportation Working cellphone and service All new assistant installers will be placed with a lead installer for on-the-job training and daily work.
