Locally-owned Property Management Company servicing over 500+ apartment units in the State College area is seeking a reliable, full-time person to help keep their properties safe, clean, in good condition and to provide excellent customer service to their residents. Duties Include: - Resident Work-Order Repairs - Appliance Repair/Replacements - Painting of Apartments - Building Repairs - Snow Removal - Light Janitorial - Landscaping Minimum Requirements: - Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check - Dependable vehicle - Valid driver’s license with no recent major violations - Ability to work on own with minimal supervision - Willing to work extra hours occasionally when needed - Have the ability to do On-Call periodically (Runs off rotation)
