Will trade studio recording for construction work

Hello, I am a retired record producer with over 40 years experience recording music. I worked in Nashville with top artist and studios, I now live in Memphis and have my own studio with state of the art equip with large format console, 5 tracking rooms,vocal booth. I have assorted outboard Mic pre's,Compressors and effects. nice mic closet, guitar amps, drums, instruments including Acoustic Piano. I am interested in trading recording time for construction work of all types (electricians, plumbers, carpenters,HVAC,Concrete,brick masons, landscaping, etc. I am now 67 years old and not able to do most of my own work on my house. I am interested in recording only (no mixing, I can give you a basic mix, and send you with the tracks for you to mix on your on) I am also looking for an intern for the studio who is wanting to learn about recording. INTERNSHIP IS A NON-PAYING INTERNSHIP. Intern should be knowledgeable in recording process and studio procedures. preferences to those enrolled in Audio engineering classes. email me if you are interested in trading work for studio time.
