Akins Workforce Solutions is looking for experienced, skilled concrete finishers and form carpenters. The ideal candidate will have experience in phases such as, form, pour, and finish, but not limited to. Finisher: $19-21/hr Form: $22-24/hr Duties & Responsibilities: -Build and align form systems -Construct scaffolding and platforms -Use measuring tools to ensure accuracy -Pour concrete -Finish concrete using hand and power tools -Follow OSHA safety regulations Requirements & Skills: -Proven work experience as a Concrete Finisher/Form Carpenter or similar role -Ability to perform strenuous tasks with hands -Ability to kneel, bend and lift heavy materials -Ability to measure accurately and read specifications -Relevant training and/or certifications in Concrete **Pay is based off experience.
