Of course. Look at this diagram from DOJ and remember that Blacks are 1/7th of the U.S. population. Do you notice, shall we say, a slight bias among the Blacks against Whites? Based on these data, the Black mortally hate the White 70-fold more than the other way around. Again, is this what CRT theory and “oppression” is about? I don't think so.
