lost ring in Hilo - reward $100

Aloha, my best friend lost a ring that belonged to his mother. He wore it on a chain around his neck. About a week ago the chain broke while he was riding around on his bike in Hilo. The ring itself does not have much value except for my friend. If you found a silver ring, I believe it is adjustable or at least looks like it is, it's Sterling silver and I think it has to little circles with a little gem on each end.
