MONROEVILLE, PA — A man was shot to death Wednesday afternoon in a Monroeville Mall parking lot. The shooting occurred around 1:30 p.m. near the entrance to Party City. The victim, a 20-year-old male, was shot in the chest, police said. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead. The shooting victim has not been identified. Police are investigating the incident.
