Custom Solar is currently seeking experienced solar installers to lead a team of 2-6 installers on commercial and residential projects. Pay commensurate with experience with potential for advancement and increased pay with role and responsibilities (avg. pay between $24-$30). Construction and solar experience is necessary. 1 year of solar experience preferred. Strong work ethic, good attitude and excellent communication skills are required. Full time position. Paid time off and bonus after 90 days!
