JOB TITLE: Wire Assembly & Logistics Position COMPANY: Shakuff LLC REPORTS TO: Production Manager SUMMARY: We have an immediate opening for an Assembler to join our production team. You will assemble wires parts, pieces, products and pack custom orders of light fixtures. We prefer candidates who have some experience in manufacturing, but we are willing to train the right person. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Receiving/put-away- unload inbound shipments and store the merchandise in the appropriate areas. Pull and prepare the product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is packed and shipped, perform picking duties in an efficient manner Assemble wires for custom fixtures. Make custom boxes for custom product Create pallets when needed Monitor and create supply lists for the purchaser Maintain Inventory count of stock items Maintain a clean and neat work area Maintain public spaces in the production area SKILL REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent Proficient with a variety of manual and power tools Able to stand, bend, and perform repetitive motion for extended periods Humble and workable with colleagues and superior Ability to lift minimum 55 lbs Basic reading and writing skills Good organizational skills Attention to detail WORKING CONDITIONS An air-conditioned and heated environment Principals only.
