Construction company is looking for a Skilled Laborer to do physical labor at Callahan County courthouse. Must be able to follow instructions from supervisors, assist carpenters, load and unload materials, remove hazards from job sites, operate tools and construction equipment, prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards, and perform site cleanup.
Applicant must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license, must be able to do strenuous labor and strenuous physical tasks in all kinds of weather, must be able to work 40 hours per week, must have reliable transportation, and must be punctual and reliable.
Applicants must be able to pass a drug test.
This position requires at least 1-3 years of experience in construction, willingness to learn all safety practices, and general knowledge of handheld and battery-operated tools including measuring tape, shop vacuum, hammer, screwdriver, drill, grinder, sander, and saw.
