Responsibilities: - Creating a positive work environment for all - Tasks may include: mowing, weeding, mulching, trimming, aerating, thatching, seasonal cleanups, hardscape installation, etc. - Minor construction cleanup related tasks - Maintain the existing landscaping design and ensure plant survival - Plant new flowers, bushes, plants, and decorative shrubs - Properly store and maintain all equipment, tools, sprinklers, etc. Qualifications: - Must have prior and/or current landscaping experience (1+ years) with commercial lawn care equipment - Must be in good physical condition (ability to stand, bend, squat etc.) to handle strenuous tasks at times - Have a willingness to learn and continue to develop - Must be dependable, trustworthy, and organized - Possess good communication skills with both colleagues and customers - Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record and meet Federal DOT Standards - References available on request
