You’ll collaborate alongside seasoned landscape artisans to foster new ideas while installing our in-house designed projects. You would work on demo, masonry prep, fence install, planting, sod install and everything in between. The laborer we’re looking for will possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, take direction well while also making decisions independently, and carry a passion for all aspects of landscape construction and customer care. Ideally some formal education in the Green Industry. Edging, weeding, and mulching. Must be able to work a full day with physical demands. Must have a strong work ethic with a willingness to work in any weather condition. Must demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and attention to detail. Possess a clean and valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work. Drug free workplace. Hoisting license is a plus.
