Marine Mechanic Work Needed - Bottom Paint - Buff Hull

Hello, I need help with a few different things on my boat - one of which is the trim tilt motor needs to be replaced - The one on it stopped working and when I bang on it the motor slowly moves it up or down cm by cm very slowly. I am unable to get the tilt to the up position and the trim manual release is siezed. Maybe you guys have experience and know-how to get the motor replaced. Second of all I need someone to touch up the bottom paint on my boat, It's not the whole length of the boat just in a few certain areas and by the back where the transom is. Lastly I would like the interior and exterior buffed and polished - I have all the tools and equipment to do the job just need the help. Thanks Im' on a budget so if you are some sort of high end company I'm sorry but I am unable to afford it - I woud like to find someone who is capaable of doing this job on a budget as a side job.
