EXPERIENCED HELP NEEDED Pay is based on experience. $14-$22 per hour. Ideally I'd want to pay you by the job. A percentage of the job. Part time schedule Performance bonus after 90 days Job requirements: -Showing up on time as scheduled -Wearing a bright colored uniform t-shirt -Actually doing a good job for the customers Job includes: - Pressure washing and soft washing the exterior of buildings -Climbing ladders to clean debris from gutters -Painting whatever needed -Landscaping duties -And more Requirements: -Previous experience washing or painting properties -Reliable transportation -Positive attitude A resume isn't required to apply but if you send an email with only a few sentences or poor grammar then forget it.
