General Contractor in Los Angeles looking for a full time Foreman. We do residential, commercial and public works. Job Description: *Pull plans/meet with building inspectors *Meet and coordinate work with subcontractors *Manage job site and crews, keep clean, safe and organized *Good communication with customers *Some errands and materials pickups *Maintain construction schedules *Plumbing, Electrical, Framing. underground utilities, Concrete and all forms of construction experience required. *Please have at least 3 years of construction foreman experience. *Must be hard working and reliable *Able to finish jobs on time and in budget Please have reliable vehicle and good references.
